In 2016, William founded Equation Events whose customers include: Nike, 3M, CapitalOne, & Verizon. Prior to that William helped numerous tech startups grow, including companies backed by Andreessen Horowitz, FLOODGATE, & Techstars. His work has been featured in the NYT, Adweek, Mashable, VentureBeat, & ReadWriteWeb. Additionally, he’s spoken at General Assembly, Capital Factory, Podcamp Nashville, & University Of Texas At Austin. In additional to consulting, speaking, and building companies, William has angel invested in 20+ startups including Sandbox VR - #1 VR arcade in the world. William is a voracious learner. He loves breakfast tacos, college football, dogs, music, and short emails.

The VR racecar simulator that Equation brought to our event was an awesome addition that our attendees really enjoyed. The setup was exactly what we were looking for in a small reception space that we had and provided some fun competition amongst our group. Our onsite manager RJ provided a top notch experience and was very attentive to our group and they're varying skill and experience levels. We're looking forward to incorporating this opportunity in future events we host.

WE LOVED THE HEADSETS!!! They worked flawlessly and the students want me to bring them back! We had so many people play the bomb defusal game, one guy made it his goal to memorize the book! That was a great connection game that built new friendships right away!
